Frank has more than 35 years of management and executive
experience in Information Technology, marketing and customer support.At One Brain, his focus is on using technology to enhance direct marketing and customer service applications. Among the significant projects he has managed for One Brain, he developed the Internet site, web-based eNewsletter and consumer promotional programs for The Ironman® 25th Anniversary. He also developed a multi-media market segment expansion and customer support program for ALK-Abelló, the world's largest supplier of allergy immunotherapy products. He developed a template-based Internet site delivery program for the Duramed FUTURES Golf Tour event organizers to create eCommerce web sites for their tournaments. Prior to becoming a founding member of One Brain Marketing, he was Vice President of Marketing and Services for Digital Lighthouse, an eMarketing, eCRM and eServices provider. He lead all marketing for the Customer Knowledge practice and managed their major customer engagements. He was responsible for successfully managing a $1.5MM Internet site upgrade and data base eMarketing system for American Classic Voyages delivered ahead of schedule and under budget. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Services for Acorn Information Services. He was responsible for re-engineering their systems development processes and managing large customer development projects. He was responsible for managing the development of a $350M Internet-based standing order library subscription service for Baker Taylor. Frank had a 30-year career at IBM, holding a variety of management and executive positions in customer support and service, software development and business development. In his last assignment, he was responsible for directing IBM's outside business relationships with and equity investments in software and services providers and several external joint venture software development projects. He has a BA in Math and Physics from Bowdoin College. |
